The welcome is always top-notch, with smiles and good cheer, and the food is simply exceptional. After many years of enjoying your dishes, I can confidently say: you make the best tripe in France :) We live in the Paris region and gladly make the trip to come and enjoy them. Some people travel hundreds of kilometers to admire a monument; for me, it's for a plate of tripe à la provençale... Everything is homemade, prepared with passion, and at prices that remain more than reasonable. That's becoming rare enough to be worth mentioning. Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and all the wonderful moments spent at your establishment. Don't change a thing!

A lovely little restaurant. The service is very professional, the food is delicious, and the small menu is a testament to the freshness of the ingredients. The chef occasionally comes out of the kitchen to check if everything is alright. I highly recommend it. The set menus are very affordable.

A decent place in every respect, both in terms of food and accommodation.
