The dishes are of exceptional quality, always with a touch of daring. Here, you'll find flavors of yesteryear while embracing a modern culinary approach. The cooking is perfect, with pearly white fish and shellfish. A truly wonderful discovery that I recommend to everyone. A special touch is the chef's sketches, which whet your appetite even before you smell the delicate aromas of the dishes.
