30/05/2026: Septime La Cave was a fantastic wine bar experience and a perfect stop for a relaxed summer evening in Paris. We tried both an orange wine and a white wine, and both were excellent—well-balanced, expressive, and exactly the kind of thoughtful selection you’d expect from a place with such a strong wine reputation. What stood out most was the service. The staff were friendly, approachable, and genuinely informative, taking the time to guide us through options and even allowing us to taste before committing to a glass or bottle, which made the experience feel very personal and relaxed. The atmosphere is casual and local, with a laid-back vibe that makes it ideal for lingering over wine rather than rushing through a meal. Overall, a wonderful spot for quality natural wines and an easygoing evening. 5/5 – Excellent wines, knowledgeable service, and a relaxed neighborhood vibe perfect for a summer night in Paris.

25/05/2026: Really nice wine selection! It’s a tiny cave with minimal seating but it’s part of the charm. Nice nibbles with the wine as well. It was 30 degrees though so sitting inside was unbearable and no outside seating. You can stand which is ok.
