What a great place! We were welcomed like honored guests in a large, bright dining room... and the culinary experience was equally satisfying. I chose the veal escalope served with peas as fresh as springtime! Excellent with a recommended chilled Pinot Noir... A truly memorable experience, especially after the lively conversations with the dynamic owner. A must-try!

This restaurant truly lives up to its name. I tried their tarte flambée last night, and it was indeed an excellent tart, worthy of our region's traditions. The sweet tarte flambée with apples and blueberries was a real treat!
