The Aux Trois Goûts restaurant in Eckbolsheim is excellent. I had an Oceanic salad, which was excellent, and the salmon tagliatelle was a real treat. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A big plus: private parking. Thank you, Aux Trois Goûts team. You are excellent. I recommend it.

03/09/2025: I found out about the place through a friend and my cousin! Gaby is lively and welcoming. She recognizes her customers well even if they don't come often and the discussions are nice. My father also liked coming to Gaby's for a flamenco evening. Big kisses from Picardy.

23/02/2026: We enjoyed authentic brasserie fare, generous and traditional, just the way we like it. The Danish-style herring was impeccably fresh, subtly complemented by grapefruit and apple—a beautiful balance. The liver dumplings and pig's trotter were genuine, flavorful, dishes with character that truly delighted the palate. Special mention goes to the sorbets drizzled with Gewurztraminer marc and the authentic crème brûlée, perfectly caramelized. The welcome was warm, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The whole family enjoyed it, and the children ate very well too. We highly recommend it!
06/01/2026: The desserts weren't great. The rest was very good. The galette des rois wasn't even reheated.
