10/02/2024: Discovered by chance after visiting the flea market in Wolfisheim and then taking a walk along the canal, which also offers very attractive impressions. At Chez Gaby the service is very friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant...I can't rate the food as we were only there for an aperitif. I won't miss sitting outside in the summer with tarte flambée and red wine this year...

02/02/2024: I highly recommend. It starts off complicated: I was looking for a place for lunch for 7 but without having a precise arrival time. So I try, the day before, at Chez Gaby, and she is very understanding and accommodating to my request.... just tell her our arrival time when I am sure. On the big day, I call to let her know that we will be there around 2 p.m. We arrive there a few minutes before, from the outside it really doesn't look like much, but once inside it's super welcoming with Gaby who welcomes us with a smile and starts chatting with us, in a very happy atmosphere. Once the aperitif was over, they brought us the dish (it was sauerkraut for everyone) and it was super prepared, complete and more than plentiful. Everyone more than appreciated it. I hadn't realized that I had booked on the menu and I went to order the coffees and then I was told "well no, there's dessert coming"... it's also excellent and also plentiful. A delight For my part, and my 6 friends, an excellent time coupled with excellent cuisine and tripled with a great welcome and quadrupled with a great warm atmosphere... To recommend
