17/04/2026: Good evening, I wanted to thank you for tonight's meal. The cordon bleu was truly excellent, a real treat from start to finish. You can taste the care and quality in every bite. And a special mention for the owner's smile; it makes all the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for this lovely meal, I will gladly return!

15/04/2026: Passing through Eckbolsheim, we chose this restaurant by chance as it was the only one open that evening. What a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere was authentic, the staff very welcoming, friendly, and smiling, and the food was excellent. Don't hesitate! If I could have given it six stars, I would have.

23/02/2026: We enjoyed authentic brasserie fare, generous and traditional, just the way we like it. The Danish-style herring was impeccably fresh, subtly complemented by grapefruit and apple—a beautiful balance. The liver dumplings and pig's trotter were genuine, flavorful, dishes with character that truly delighted the palate. Special mention goes to the sorbets drizzled with Gewurztraminer marc and the authentic crème brûlée, perfectly caramelized. The welcome was warm, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The whole family enjoyed it, and the children ate very well too. We highly recommend it!
