I was disappointed; I didn't know there had been a change of ownership.
For the €39 set menu, there was no choice of starter, even though we were the second to arrive.
The amuse-bouche was a real treat; the piece of fish could have been served in a bun to be less strong.
The starter was very bland, which is a shame.
The lamb shank was very good.
The chocolate dessert raised the level of the meal. There was no choice of wine by the glass.
Please, for goodness' sake, put fresh bread, not frozen bread, on the table!
The background music, the piano, played for an hour and a half...

We came for a family birthday celebration, and both menus were delicious.
We tried both menus, starting with foie gras escalope and smoked salmon, both delicious, followed by pigeon and lamb. I highly recommend the pigeon.
The dessert of the day, a kiwi meringue tart, was also tasty.
The only downside was the wait. We arrived around 12:20 pm, 10 minutes before our reservation, but our meal lasted about three hours. The longest wait was between the amuse-bouches and the starters, and again between the starters and the main course. The desserts arrived more quickly.
The waitresses were very polite and did an excellent job considering their experience and the circumstances.

A superb culinary experience. Refined, delicate, flavorful dishes, and above all, mostly local. Thank you to Chef Julien Combe. The restaurant was reserved exclusively for us and our guests. Many thanks to the chef and the waiter. Happy New Year 2026!

We shared an exquisite experience, from the appetizers to the dessert; the chef delighted our palates. The service was excellent! We were familiar with the place before the reopening; the menu is different, the decor could use a refresh, but the refinement is still there. A top-notch address, a real treat for our little corner of the Dunois region. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Les 3 Pastoureaux. I'm so glad to have this restaurant in our small town. We started with a surprisingly flavorful amuse-bouche! The lamb shank was generous and melt-in-your-mouth tender... the portions were generous, the ingredients fresh and cooked with a touch of daring! Thank you, Chef!

In a small town, I discovered an amazing restaurant. The dishes weren't just delicious—they revealed a true harmony of flavors! Each plate was unique, generous, and prepared with great care.
