This was our second visit to "Aux 3 Roses" and we were delighted once again! I ordered the suggested dish, which was the hanger steak with shallots and fries. Simply excellent! The sauce was rich and flavorful, the meat melted in your mouth, and it was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was authentic Alsatian, just the way we like it, and the service was impeccable. In addition, the restaurant is very well air-conditioned. We highly recommend it!

Honestly, thank you... the welcome, the setting, and the food, everything was perfect. We'll be back from Orléans for lunch or dinner. Our daughter lives in Colmar; that explains it... Excellent experience.

I ate at Les 3 Roses in Epfig for lunch today. I ordered an XXL cordon bleu. I wasn't disappointed with the XXL size; the cordon bleu was very good. It came with delicious fries and vegetables. I recommend it.

While on vacation, we were looking for a good sauerkraut and we found it here! A real treat. The staff and atmosphere were very friendly. I think it's best to book ahead. ☺️

12/07/2026: A friendly and welcoming place with a large terrace and the option to open the roof inside the restaurant. It has a lot of character, with exposed beams (a real gem!), and is a former winemaker's house. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The tarte flambée and pizzas are delicious. There are other menu options as well. The desserts were a real treat. Highly recommended.
12/07/2026: Flammekueche shared with the family. They were a hit with everyone. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. Excellent value for money.
