If you decide to come to this restaurant in central Alsace, know what awaits you: Alsatian cuisine. Precision, Pizza and Tarte Flambée is only in the evening. The menu consists of traditional Alsatian dishes with a few variations. The setting is pleasant and you eat in a typical building: exterior and interior half-timbering. So we will only talk about our tasting here: The tartes flambées: Hot, generous, well filled. The same goes for the dessert which was up to par. However, a small criticism: If you are the expansive type, who speaks a little loudly, know that your table neighbors will be able to know everything and take notes :). The tables are very close together. But this was in no way a hindrance for us. As you see the rating is maximum. We want to honor this type of typically Alsatian establishment with cuisine of the same type. We will come back with pleasure this time to taste the traditional dishes. Thanking the staff for their smile, their thoughtfulness and their professionalism. It is a family restaurant run by the same family for 40 years and consistency is a guarantee of quality here.

Plats très copieux et de qualité

Aujourd'hui 2ème dimanche de l'avent. Un déjeuner entre amis ou nous nous rencontrons régulièrement. Certains avaient choisi l'entrecôte aux poivres (leurs péchés mignons)une viande très tendre et une sauce onctueuse comme il se doit. Le jambonneau proposé aux épices de Noël 🎄 un régal .La carte de vins s'y apprête également Le service est très convivial et tout cela dans une ambiance féerique d'un avant goût de Noël. Également à retenir ses excellentes tartes flambées L
