A very warm welcome, beautiful and elegant decor, and exceptional cuisine! An excellent Alsatian restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and top-notch service!

As a regular customer, I've never been disappointed. The setting is authentic and tastefully decorated. The dishes are generous and you can tell they've been cooked with passion. I also appreciate the little touches they make for my 86-year-old grandmother, who loves our outings to Les 3 Roses. Special mention goes to our waitress, Peggy, who is very professional, always smiling, and offers great advice. I will continue to frequent this restaurant and highly recommend it.

There were five of us for our daughter's birthday, influenced by the "Maître Restaurateur" (Master Restaurateur) designation. We ordered meat dishes: four sirloin steaks and the daily special, a sirloin tip steak. The daily special was excellent, however, the sirloin steaks were really quite mediocre, sinewy and tough. So much so that Mom had to send hers back. The exchange was perfect. It just goes to show, when you really want to... The service was also a bit too informal; Mom was called "Queen Mother" and "Grandma"! Luckily, she's not young anymore and not uptight, but still, it felt a bit odd. In short, we weren't convinced by the quality-price ratio.

The service was truly pleasant: the staff were smiling, attentive, and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The Alsatian setting is warm and typical, creating a convivial atmosphere. However, the food was decent but not memorable. The portions were generous, but the flavors were rather classic, a bit below what one might expect from this type of establishment. Nothing bad, but nothing truly outstanding either.

Every time I'm in Alsace, I make a point of going to this place. Warm service, quality, great atmosphere, and fantastic food. My favorite treat: "Kidneys in Riesling sauce." Bravo!
