Superb location, magnificent view, very spacious rooms, very friendly staff, and spotless throughout the hotel.

The biggest advantage is clearly the location and, of course, the magnificent view. Otherwise, there's plenty of room for improvement.

I stayed here with my dog during my through hike of the Vosges mountains. As there were not many other guests, we got a room upgrade with an amazing view! I loved the atmosphere, it's a little old but has a lot of charm. Really dog friendly and decent breakfast.

A very pleasant hotel where we had a wonderful two-night family stay. The children (3 years old and 3 months old), as well as ourselves, were very warmly welcomed. While the room (junior suite) had a slightly dated charm and could have used a touch of modernization, it was spacious, comfortable, with a terrace and a beautiful view of the castle, and plenty of storage space, which is very much appreciated with children. A swimming pool and sauna, as well as a well-designed children's playroom with a fantastic ball pit, are available. We also took advantage of the half-board option and thoroughly enjoyed it.

05/2026: Great value for money. The small playroom is perfect for younger children 😊. 05/2022: A short weekend spent in this hotel in a junior suite with a superb view from the balcony. A swimming pool and a small sauna are available.

I went there simply to spend some time with my family over drinks. We enjoyed the pool table and the children played in the play area. The place is clean and beautiful. We'll be back for a romantic weekend getaway.

A wonderful short stay. We received a very warm welcome. Dinner was excellent, as were the head waiter and the waitresses, who were incredibly attentive and created a friendly atmosphere. The hotel is cozy, with a pool, a beautiful view, and a great location. Thank you.

Very warm welcome, very attentive staff, I recommend this hotel

Dinner at the Aux 3 Roses hotel restaurant this evening. Excellent menu (starter: foie gras with rhubarb and strawberry chutney, lemon/sparkling wine sorbet; main course: sirloin steak with vegetables and homemade dauphine potatoes – absolutely divine! – mature cheeses, and a rhubarb/strawberry/chocolate dessert). Everything was excellent, and Sylvain, our waiter, was very friendly and offered excellent wine pairing advice. He was attentive throughout the meal, and we thank him for that. We had a wonderful evening. A bonus: the view of the forest is magnificent. Thank you for your generosity and warm Alsatian hospitality! And above all: Sylvain is great, finish your glass! I highly recommend it, and we will return for the warm welcome, the quality of the restaurant and rooms, and the swimming pool.
