When I see a certain, very long review where the writer explains that their (vegetarian) eating habits couldn't be satisfied at Les Trois Sens and that the price is too high, I fall off my chair! By the way, you've already eaten at the Ritz, because the dishes aren't between €20 and €30, and the number of staff in the dining room and kitchen is out of all proportion to the number of customers. Let's relax! I've been eating at Les Trois Sens for a few years, sometimes several times a week, and with colleagues who are very selective about what they eat. Incredibly, I've even been there with vegetarians who have returned: by talking, it's easy to find ways to adapt certain dishes (the wrong way, of course ;-) ) so that they're compatible with your habits. I'm not going to talk here about the magical tiramisu that concludes the meal in a beautiful way. Regarding the menu change, it's certainly frustrating at times, but it's a real plus for year-round regulars. As for the price, it's in line with the quality. And if something doesn't go so well, there may be a small, discreet compensation. Obviously, you shouldn't be a pain in the neck during the entire service and then hide behind your screen and keyboard to vent your spleen. In short, around Sophia, in this price range, come again and again to Les Trois Sens.
