When I see a certain, very long review where the writer explains that their (vegetarian) eating habits couldn't be satisfied at Les Trois Sens and that the price is too high, I fall off my chair! By the way, you've already eaten at the Ritz, because the dishes aren't between €20 and €30, and the number of staff in the dining room and kitchen is out of all proportion to the number of customers. Let's relax! I've been eating at Les Trois Sens for a few years, sometimes several times a week, and with colleagues who are very selective about what they eat. Incredibly, I've even been there with vegetarians who have returned: by talking, it's easy to find ways to adapt certain dishes (the wrong way, of course ;-) ) so that they're compatible with your habits. I'm not going to talk here about the magical tiramisu that concludes the meal in a beautiful way. Regarding the menu change, it's certainly frustrating at times, but it's a real plus for year-round regulars. As for the price, it's in line with the quality. And if something doesn't go so well, there may be a small, discreet compensation. Obviously, you shouldn't be a pain in the neck during the entire service and then hide behind your screen and keyboard to vent your spleen. In short, around Sophia, in this price range, come again and again to Les Trois Sens.

Whether it's for a morning coffee, a lunch meal or a private event, Mélanie and Damien are always attentive. Mélanie's desserts, GUY GUY's cooking... and of course Damien's aperitifs or coffee are truly delicious. Go there with your eyes closed and you will be welcomed by Plume, an adorable little Jack. But be careful, the mistress is keeping an eye on things, so no food for her. 😘

Le Bois doré

27/01/2026: The Bois Dore is a secret jewel in the area of Sophia Antipolis. Absolutly great experience - the staff is very attentive and kind, without the stiffness of an overly fancy restaurant. And the food is of outstanding quality. We come to Bois Dore every time we are in the area. Also, it is a great place for Group and Business dinner, we recently had an Event with 26 persons participating and it was just wonderful!
05/01/2026: A wonderful time! Everything was perfect! The atmosphere and welcome were incredibly warm… the food was excellent… a place where you feel right at home… I highly recommend it… the staff are fantastic… there's nothing to complain about!

31/12/2025: Always top-notch. The best value for money in Sophia Antipolis. The service is always excellent. The dishes are delicious, well-prepared, and presented beautifully. The terrace is fantastic, especially in the shoulder seasons.
