Top place with a menu that changes and made with fresh produce everything is homemade, however there is a lack of seasoning and accuracy in tastes (veal sweetbreads the sauce does not have much of a morel taste, or the lote with ravioli which was a little bland) hence the minus star.
Too bad because the chef goes to great lengths even the bread is homemade.
I think with some adjustment the restaurant will be really great!!

Hotel full of charm, a magical setting, a breathtaking view, gourmet catering, a great moment of happiness and what a welcome and sharing, an unmissable place above Aubenas, 10 minutes by car. Excellent value for money, we are in excellence with its chef Benoît Court, a great gentleman passionate about restaurant and hotel know-how and pleasure for our 3-day stopover.
A beautiful place surrounded by nature with a chef who is in his kitchen preparing good dishes using local products.
Benoit Court honors his region and his profession. There are few passionate professionals left. So let's take advantage of it....to advise with our eyes closed and our taste buds open.
