We went today with friends for lunch. We were delighted. Warm welcome. Magnificent, relaxing setting, a beautiful dining room with exceptional panoramic views. The meal was prepared professionally, everything was very well cooked, very refined, and the dishes were beautifully presented. No complaints whatsoever. Regional products. Congratulations to the chef, Mr. Benoît Court, who is carrying on the family tradition. We highly recommend it. We will be back.

We came to spend a weekend in Aubenas. Our schedule didn't allow us to have lunch at the restaurant, but the hotel was magnificent, the rooms comfortable, the welcome warm, and the breakfast excellent. Thank you, and we'll be back again.

An absolutely perfect stay at Les Vieux Arceaux in Mercuer! We had an unforgettable time in this idyllic setting, surrounded by nature, where everything is designed for well-being and relaxation. The rooms are immaculate, spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay—like the spa access—truly made all the difference. Special mention goes to Benoît Cour, the talented chef, who delighted us at every meal with dishes that were as delicious as they were refined. This is our second time dining at Les Vieux Arceaux, and this time it was for New Year's Eve. It was simply excellent! The quality of the food, its presentation, and the friendliness of the servers made for a wonderful New Year's Eve 🍾🥂, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!
