Ayutthaya sur Paris

This Thai establishment has been a part of my twenties and beyond around Pigalle – as well as Mr. Thor's family. I just learned of its planned closure at the end of the year and I'm very sad about it – but I wish the whole team all the best and will do my best to come one last time before December 30th!

Found this restaurant on the off chance as we were catching a bus from Pagella. Had a quirky feel. Food was flavoursome and authentic. We are the phad thai, green Thai curry with veg and chicken spring rolls. Would definitely visit again. Tam was a lovely waitress, very attentive and polite.

Visiting from Australia and looking for some Thai food of the calibre were used to at home we stumbled across this place. The decor told us we'd found what we were looking for. Food was magnificent, service friendly and prompt. Definately worth visiting twice (as we did).

Outstanding experience, we found it by accident but it has been the best it could happen! We arrived there quite late but the service was impeccable – our waitress was incredibly patient and kind, even with the small language barrier. The food was exceptional: full of authentic flavors that transported us straight to Thailand. Portions were generous, prices were very fair, and every dish felt made with care. Very good Thai restaurant with a peaceful atmosphere!

Everything about this restaurant was authentic and brilliant. The lady receiving and serving could not have been more friendly and welcoming. And the food, atmosphere and general ambience of the restaurant made us feel as if we were back in Thailand, which in our humble opinion, has some of the best cuisine in the world. We look forward to coming back to Paris, if for no other reason than to revisit the 'Ayutthaya'. True and perfect Thai hospitality. We thank you.

Authentic Thai food in its own right. I had the shrimp pad Thai, which was very successful.
