Very good restaurant with a variety of interesting dishes. We enjoyed everything we ordered.
The service was very pleasant.
We took two rather expensive menus, especially since for many dishes you have to add a supplement to the menu. The bill therefore adds up very quickly.
The sesame tiramisu dessert costs an extra 4 euros which is really not justified at all.
I am removing two stars because of the value for money which in my opinion is not up to par.
The cheapest menu is 59 euros to which you must add extras if you want this or that dish. Half of the dishes are extra on the menu. It's a shame.

We didn't have a reservation, but we were lucky enough to meet the chef.
No complaints. Each service is a discovery. A real pleasure. I highly recommend.

I went there on the advice of François Simon “Will I come back?” Having read the rave comments, perhaps I had too many expectations...
I was not blown away by the products, nor the art of preparing them.
My favorite: the dessert called tiramisu, which is not one in the Italian sense.
The serving team is adorable, professional and takes great care of each guest.

Great time as a couple, delicious dishes, pleasant service, very Japanese atmosphere. We were seated at the bar, opposite the chef who was working on the plancha. We got it for €100 pp. for: appetizers, 3 small starters, wagyu main course, dessert, aperitif and beer. I highly recommend eggplant as a starter :)

Personnel accueillant, cadre minimaliste mais très réussi. Nous étions installés au comptoir où nous avons pu regarder le chef préparer les plats. Nous avons pris deux menus différents et avons goûté chacun le plat de l'autre. Tous les plats étaient réussis (mention spéciale pour l'aubergine, succulente, et pourtant ce n'est pas ma tasse de thé...). On s'est régalés ! Le prix est plutôt élevé mais au regard de la qualité des plats, pas tellement au final. A recommander vivement.
