Babel Babel sur Nice

Having a children's menu was a plus for us. The hummus was delicious, we had chicken skewers and red meat, both were very tasty and carefully prepared. The place was also very pleasant.

This restaurant in Nice is conveniently located and convinces with great drinks and their mediterranean cuisine. The food is delicious and there are many vegetarian options available like aubergine, zucchini flowers, hummus and halloumi.

A perfect little spot for a lunch break overlooking the sea, or simply for a cocktail while enjoying a beautiful sunset 🌅 Delicious food, excellent service, you won't be disappointed!

Another one that is hard to rank without a 3.5 option. The hostess was kind and I appreciate it was busy, she sat us at the 'couches' near the square rather than overlooking the beach which was fine, if not better for us. The only concern was the feeling that we would be forgotten and service would take much longer. It wasn't too bad with ordering and the food was excellent, the lamb I had was melt-in-your-mouth good and my husband and daughter both appreciated the steak-frites. However, it still took too long for us to get the bill despite explaining we were only there for a main course and my husband got up to pay. In a busy city like Nice you have to stand out a bit so although it was excellent fayre for smart/casual dining, the delay means only 3 stars overall.

Went here twice on our 6-night trip, it's the perfect place for a spritz. Loved the people watching, lots of outdoor seating. The servers were super nice too! Get the pink Lillet Sprtiz. We didn't eat here, but the food and portions looked great!

We booked the first floor for a thesis defense party for 45 people. Although a bit cramped, we had a fantastic evening (from 7:30 pm to 2:00 am)! All our guests were delighted with the drinks (in the form of tickets) and the exceptional dinner (a very generous selection of savory and sweet dishes! That's rare)! The only slight downside was the waitress who was quickly overwhelmed by the number of drink orders. Otherwise, Jean-Baptiste demonstrated excellent business acumen in offering us a superb service! We were able to bring our own champagne without any corkage fees! I contacted 15 different venues, and Jean-Baptiste offered me the best value for money. Just 45 people upstairs is really the absolute maximum. But the first floor has a small terrace where you can admire the Promenade des Anglais at sunset... Anyway, the owner is great, the setting is magnificent, the food is exceptional, I just think I had to help the waitress a little too much to get everyone's drinks.
