Babka Zana sur Paris

The babkas are incredible! Soft, delicious, not too sweet. There was one left 48 hours after my purchase and I expected it to be hard as a rock but on the contrary it remained soft and fresh almost as if I had just bought it. I was really pleasantly surprised! Micro note: as a fan of the orange blossom flavor I would have liked to smell this flavor even more in the sugar brioche.

I went to this pastry and bakery located in the city of Paris, where they have a small location in the northern part of the city. It is an establishment specialized in sweet pastry and bakery products with a wide variety of buns such as croissants and other sweets, all of which look very good. In my case, I ordered a pack through the Too Good to Go app that had a price of €10 and came with some brioches with pearl sugar on top that were quite good, with a spongy dough and a sugar on top that was very good. good. There was also a babka with chocolate on top that was spectacular, you can tell that it is their star product and they make it 10 with a light touch of cinnamon and a very high quality dough. A large, good-flavored bread with seeds. Some mini croissants that I loved because of the filling inside and especially because of that crunchy crust. And finally, as a savory item, a brioche stuffed with ham and salad that came in super good, making it one of the best packs you can buy. 

Very nice little Babka shop in the Montmartre district. Small but nice display, super fluffy babka. We had cinnamon, pistachio and chocolate. Highly recommended, no seats in the restaurant, but there are some benches for us to sit in the corner.

We were walking by and decided to try…. After that we returned four times. The taste is incredible! Definitely recommend to visit! Best of the best!! 🤤🥰🥰😍

An essential address for those who love Babka. Chocolate-hazelnuts remain a must, but there are many other recipes to try. Very friendly service.

Babka pistachio is ok but pretty expensive

The pistachio babka was very nice, had to go back for another one. The mini chocolate croissants were also very nice, tastes like brownie with croissant. They also allowed my dog inside while ordering.
