Excellent kebab shop in the center of Chartres. Reasonable prices, good meat, homemade fries (a rarity in Chartres; the downside is that the quality of the cooking can vary, especially during busy periods, but I've rarely been disappointed), and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. Bonus: very fast service. Ideal when you're heading back to work afterward.

22/04/2026: The restaurant is conveniently located near Chartres Cathedral, which is probably its main advantage. The food is quite average. The waiter mixed up our drinks and later brought crepes with the wrong filling, though both were eventually corrected. The toilets were not very clean, and we had to wait quite a long time for our drinks, while other guests who had already ordered food seemed to receive theirs much faster.
