Not very far from the Pompidou center,
We were able to eat in this charming little restaurant in a cozy and modern setting.
The pasta was delicious, very al dente (we had the house specialty with mimolette, as well as another pasta dish with meat).
Note the sympathy and special attention of the waiter who is very pleasant

Lovely restaurant, lovely service. The chef wasn't there when we went, and you could tell by the food. Risotto wasn't al dente, sea bass also over cooked, chocolate souffle was missing something.

We really enjoyed the dishes and their flavors. The server was very friendly. The dishes are very well prepared and of very good quality, nothing to say about that.
On the other hand, we find that the prices are a little too high, especially since the pasta is not homemade.
Another disappointing point at the time of our visit: almost all the wines were unavailable (only one white available, namely viognier).

We had great expectations for Baffo dinner. We were overall very pleased with the service but disappointed with food. Mushrooms were not cooked enough and my wife who has FODMAP sensitivity has been sick overnite. Pasta dish was OK, had better gluten free pasta in the past. Truffles touch was nice. Risotto Nero was not great, not a lot of octopus in the dish. Wine was solid. Restaurant was empty until we left around 8:30, although it is small place.

My wife and I aren't big foodies and she is a vegetarian, so we didn't get the full dining experience that we would've otherwise had at this Michelin rated restaurant. That being said, the food we DID get was delciious, and the service was great. Cozy spot with only a few tables. Highly recommend.
