I chose the Formage bagel, Alaska flavor. I'd always been curious about it because of the long lines I saw. Having tried bagels from other places, this one was incredibly generous with its fillings—plenty of cream cheese and some other small desserts.
The first bite was truly delicious. The bread was amazing, very fragrant and with a great texture. It wasn't your average supermarket bagel. It left me wanting more; it was one of the best bagels I've had in Paris.

Excellent spot for bagels!
Having lived in the US, I can honestly say this is one of the best bagels I've had here. Seriously, super delicious, so yummy 😋
The branding is really cool, the place is inviting. We didn't eat in because the space is quite small, but we went to relax in a little park right next door, and it was perfect, especially when the weather was nice.
In short, a fantastic experience, I 100% recommend it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a hidden gem in Paris! We absolutely loved the concept at Bagels & Brownies. Simple and all about good food.
We tried the Bagel Dallas and wow… it was insanely good. Honestly one of the best bagels I’ve ever had, super generous, packed with flavor, and very filling. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh.
The place is small but feels warm and authentic, and the team is really nice. And don’t skip the desserts, the brownies are amazing too.
Perfect spot for a quick lunch or when you’re craving something comforting and delicious.

The woman taking orders was passive-aggressive, didn't respond to greetings, and had the nerve to lecture me even though I struggle to express myself in French and am extremely shy.
Therefore, I'm taking the liberty of writing to express this injustice.
Otherwise, the bagels were very good, but overpriced for the quality. The Marquise is the best dessert if you're a chocolate lover like me, but you need a good appetite.

The bagels were very good, and the fresh ingredients were high quality. The hygiene level also seemed good. However, please, for goodness' sake, review the service and the welcome: it's really a shame to be both so irritating and irritated (for no apparent reason). We felt a bit overwhelmed by the staff.
Moreover, several reviews already mentioned the exact same problem more than seven months ago… apparently, nothing has changed since then, which is quite strange.
