Bagnard sur Paris

A very nice experience at Bagnard in Galeries Lafayette, special mention for the service!

While my first orders were wonderful, tonight's was a complete disaster! The tiramisu was 5 days past its expiration date and, by the way, arrived completely soggy. Then, the sandwich I ordered wasn't the one that arrived! The cheesecake was dry. Honestly, for the past month, everything I've ordered has been perfect, and I've given them 5+ stars. But this time, if I could give zero stars, I would. It's a real shame not to maintain a sense of freshness and try to keep customers happy. They've just lost me as a customer.

Friendly service Excellent value for money

I came expecting a classic pan bagnat, but found it too heavy and not very tasty: too much salad and no anchovies (what a shame!). It would be better not to serve it cut in half, as it becomes impossible to eat neatly.

I went there on Sunday at lunchtime; there were three adults and two children. It was a great find! The food is really good; my son loved my pasta stew. Everything was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I can't wait to go back!
