This is truly the best Thai food imaginable, especially the Som Tam! I recommend Bai Thong to anyone looking for authentic, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious Thai cuisine. 10/10.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly over time. I've been going to this restaurant for about 10 years, and recently I've been very disappointed: tasteless dishes, ingredients that seem reheated, and tiny portions. It's no longer worth the price.

Good service, friendly to non-French speakers. Local and slightly out of the way, nice to be away from tourists (I ironically say as a tourist). Food was plentiful and delicious. Lots of locals getting takout, and dine-in was relatively quiet. If you are on the east side of the Marais and looking for good quality and a bit of a rest from the buzz, walk the 5-10 minutes eastwards.

Good Thai restaurant, friendly service. Generous portions. We had the papaya salad as a starter, which was fantastic, Thom Ka Khai (soup), and tasty chicken satay. For main courses, Pad Thai and red curry. The flavors are good; we ordered it a bit spicier upon request. The price is average.

We enjoyed a very good vegetarian meal here. The green curry was delicious, as was the Tom Kha soup and a stir-fry rice dish. We were able to order all with tofu, but one can choose meat options if desired. Reasonable prices.

Buddha Bar

18/10/2026: A wonderful evening enlivened by our incredible server, Titiana. She made us feel completely at ease and took excellent care of us from beginning to end of the meal. We felt her attentiveness and kindness; it was a truly great experience. I wish her all the best for the future.
18/10/2026: As always, 100% recommended. It's a beautiful place with excellent food and unbeatable service. I've been several times, and it gets better every time. I'm impressed by the protocol in that kitchen, which has to cater to so many people with different tastes. 👍 I love it and will return whenever I can come to Paris. ❤️

Restaurant - Traiteur Asiatic

29/09/2026: It's quick, very good value for money, with set menus at €8 and €9.30 (3 spring rolls, 1 main course, and a nougat-type dessert). Inexpensive and very convenient.
06/08/2026: Very kind family, great food based on the price. We loved it and we ate here 3 times in 6 days in Paris
