Joyful, generous, good products, sought-after wines at very reasonable prices (Pataille at €30 for connoisseurs), unlimited desserts (yum rice pudding). 04/04/2024: The welcome from Pascale and the entire Janissaire Team is always as warm and as usual we enjoyed ourselves: several cold and hot starters shared between the 4 of us: delicious stuffed vine leaves, melting hummus with sesame, puff pastry with crispy cheese, succulent sautéed veal liver and delicate zucchini fritter. Then a feast shared between grilled lamb chops and sublime Kofte Janissaire grilled over a wood fire. To finish, ice cream and homemade Baklava... Thank you!

We had couscous with 3 skewers, frankly it was excellent.
When Numide couscous is prepared by Algerian hands, frankly, there is no photo. There is nothing better than a return to the origins.
I would just like to taste Tuareg dishes from southern Algeria since the restaurant is called Touareg, it would have been more relevant in my opinion to highlight Algerian Tuareg cuisine.
As for couscous, remember to serve other Kabyle couscous which are not yet known to foreigners such as ouvissar couscous, tchiwtchiw, leghmoud, seksou thghediwth, 7 issofar...etc.

The manager is super friendly, special mention for the really good tarte tatin!
04/04/2024: Passing through Paris on business, we ate in this brasserie a stone's throw from the TGV tracks.
I recommend the tables close to the bay windows.
Meal-wise, nothing to complain about. I recommend !
