Baie d'Halong sur Evian-Les-Bains

A wonderful discovery in Évian! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cuisine is a true culinary journey: homemade dishes, flavorful, incredibly fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with an atmosphere that is both elegant and intimate. A huge thank you especially for the quality of service: Carole and Céline are smiling, attentive, and remarkably kind. It's a well-deserved 5-star experience, and we will return with immense pleasure!

Another wonderful discovery! The dishes are of excellent quality, bursting with flavor and freshness. A real treat! The service was very professional and attentive. We had a fantastic time as a family. The owner, who is genuine and has a strong personality, was very welcoming and friendly. Her energy adds to the charm of the establishment.

We've been several times and we'll keep coming back! The food is excellent, with lots of flavor. Despite some negative reviews about the service, we've always been warmly welcomed: the staff is friendly and pleasant. The owner remembers us, which is really nice! It's always busy, which is a good sign for the quality of the food.
