19/09/2026: I arrived at 8:15 PM without a reservation. The restaurant was only half full. I asked if I could eat, and they told me they were full. This is Evian, they don't want to work here. I don't recommend this restaurant; it's sad, I hadn't been back in 30 years.

27/09/2026: We had the Lobster risotto and the sirloin steak, and I have to say, it was an absolute 11/10! Having lived in Italy, I can honestly say that this risotto is a chef's kiss. The steak was equally fantastic, scoring a perfect 10/10! I can't wait to return. The waiter was incredibly friendly, and the place has such a lovely, charming vibe. It was a truly delightful experience!

23/09/2026: A very pleasant welcome. The lady who looked after us was charming, smiling, and easy to talk to, chatting with us at various points during our meal. We had a wonderful dinner: fish for my wife, and sirloin steak from Aubrac beef for me—a cut virtually unknown in our region—absolutely delicious, tender, and with very generous portions. The tiramisu was enormous, served in a sort of small glass jar, and when you remove the golden lid, wow! What a surprise! The decoration on top was magnificent. A place to recommend without hesitation.

31/05/2026: The hotel is very well located, right in the center of Evian. The little train is nearby, and the pedestrian street (Rue Nationale) is just behind it. Santa is very friendly and welcoming. The room was decent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The only downside was the slightly cramped bathroom.

11/05/2026: Véronique and the whole team gave us a wonderful welcome. They were incredibly attentive. The hotel is well located opposite the lake, right in the center and close to all amenities.

04/10/2026: The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, with generous portions and great attention to flavor. Everything we ate was to our liking, and we truly enjoyed it. The staff was very hospitable, and we had a good laugh with them, which created a relaxed atmosphere. They were also incredibly sweet to our French Bulldog who came along, and even offered water for our little dog. Definitely recommended for a pleasant meal!

23/10/2026: It was a truly wonderful time celebrating a friend's 70th birthday. The food was generous, beautifully presented, and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it! And the waiter was so attentive… Just perfect! We live in Evian, but we'll definitely be back soon…

18/10/2026: I went to this restaurant and, honestly, everything went very well. The welcome was pleasant, the service was good, and I had a great time. So I don't understand some of the negative comments. You have the right to give your opinion, but don't pretend that your experience represents everyone else's. I went there, I was satisfied, and I'm saying so clearly. Before judging based on reviews, go and form your own opinion.

18/10/2026: Reservation at 8:30 pm for 3 people. The welcome was lightning-fast: we hadn't even sat down, and our jackets had barely been taken off, before the menus were handed to us… At 9:30 pm, we were the last table, and the owner made it very clear that we needed to hurry up: a sweep of the floor right next to our table while we hadn't finished our plates, then the lights in the dining room were turned off… We wondered if it was a hidden camera prank! The owner even mentioned that he was going on vacation that very evening and was really looking forward to it. When the bill arrived, we expressed our dissatisfaction. Unexpectedly, we were met with blatant arrogance. His explanation? "I turned off the lights because with the rising electricity prices and only one table in the dining room, I can afford to!" Stunned by this remark, we were then met with: "Would you like me to show you my sales figures?" "We're doing great here!" Move along and choose establishments that respect their customers!

01/08/2026: Although the cost might be perceived as slightly high, I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the professionalism of the team.
