23/07/2026: Go for it without hesitation! Delicious cuisine, the classics are never quite the same thanks to a little "twist" that makes this restaurant a sure bet.

08/08/2026: La Frégate is my go-to spot every time I'm in Évian (I come very often). The food is truly excellent, both the main courses and desserts. The service is very pleasant, and the waitress takes your order quickly. I highly recommend this place. Five-star service and cuisine.

Good advice on wine pairings. Good value for money (€40 for a starter, main course, and dessert). We returned two days later and had the same great experience. The only slight drawback was a bit of a wait at the end of the meal to order dessert, but the terrace was full.
(However, this isn't enough to warrant removing one or two stars, as some reviews suggest.)
21/08/2026: We enjoyed the food: we tried the fish dishes, which are the restaurant's specialty. They were delicious: the perch fillets and the smoked trout were excellent. The "bistro" feel is evident in the somewhat impersonal service. The service is very quick: we were looking for a more relaxed experience, and we felt rushed, but for those in a hurry, it's efficient.

17/08/2026: We visited this restaurant twice and tried the pizza, pasta, burgers, and Burrata Caprese, among other dishes. The food was excellent.
The service was friendly, and communication in English was easy.
If you arrive around 7 p.m., you should generally be able to get a table. Reservations are recommended on weekends and holidays. The price-performance ratio is good.
17/08/2026: Great pizzeria with a lovely terrace overlooking a square, sheltered from the traffic!
Prices were a bit high and the service was a little slow (a 45-minute wait between drinks and pizzas), but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The tartiflette pizza was absolutely delicious!

31/05/2026: The hotel is very well located, right in the center of Evian.
The little train is nearby, and the pedestrian street (Rue Nationale) is just behind it.
Santa is very friendly and welcoming.
The room was decent, and the breakfast was plentiful.
The only downside was the slightly cramped bathroom.
11/05/2026: Véronique and the whole team gave us a wonderful welcome. They were incredibly attentive. The hotel is well located opposite the lake, right in the center and close to all amenities.

23/07/2026: I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered fried marinated beef. It came in small pieces, and the beef was burnt, which I couldn't eat; it was unacceptable. The owner cleared my table and asked if everything was alright. I said no, and he acknowledged that the dish was ruined. But she still charged me, without any apology or gesture of goodwill. Well, yes, we're tourists...
13/07/2026: Delicious food, excellent service, we ordered chili oil and sriracha and they kindly gave us some ☺️ The waiter was always attentive, checking to see if everything was alright with our order.
We also ordered takeout and everyone loved it. They said it was the best thing they ate on the trip and I agree, everything was very flavorful and the ingredients were clearly high quality ⭐️ The prices were reasonable, I highly recommend this place.

19/05/2026: A very nice hotel. The service is impeccable. The restaurant staff is very helpful. Delicious breakfast with some gluten-free options.
And a very good fitness center. The spa is also very good.
The only downside is the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear conversations in the hallway and the TV in the next room.

22/07/2026: A wonderful discovery during my stay in Evian. A friendly restaurant with classic dishes and daily specials on the chalkboard. Excellent value for money.
During the Amundi Masters Golf week, you might even have the chance to be seated next to some of the tournament's top female golfers, who, like the regulars, come here knowing what to expect. An excellent concept combining simplicity and fine dining. Well done!
