The place is truly magnificent. The facilities are high-quality and plentiful. However, the crowds make the experience a little less relaxing… We were there during a week outside of school holidays; I can't even imagine what it's like during the holidays…

In August 2023, I found the place magical; the pools seemed superb.
But this time, on a Monday afternoon in January, it was very crowded, with no space for the mandatory showers. In the Roman Baths, people were shouting and jumping, and the staff seemed indifferent.
This is a place that should be supervised, and they should insist on maintaining silence. It's a real shame; it ruined my two hours of relaxation. I couldn't find even five minutes of peace and quiet. I won't be returning. I recommend the competitor in Andorra, where you'll find calm and relaxing baths.
It was a very good experience. I went once a few years ago, there weren't many people, and I thought it was great. This time I went back, and it was really crowded, so it wasn't as good.
Good value for money. Family spa at a reasonable price.
I should add that I don't understand why you have to go barefoot around the premises and the showers without flip-flops, it's unhygienic.
