When we went the Japanese pool was closed, but still worth it for the views + the many other awesome baths and saunas.
Take tight swimwear though so you don't have to buy there.

Five large pools, two of which are reserved for those over 16. Towels are provided. The only downside is that when it's too crowded, the place is no longer conducive to relaxation.

I love this place, I've come several times with my family, the baths are extremely pleasant, the decor is super warm, an exceptional place! The view is extraordinary!

Fantastic place, we've been several times. It's a shame they had a fire on the Japanese side last time. I highly recommend that if the shower area isn't too quiet, I suppose too many people don't gather there at the same time. The best thing about the place is the variety of spaces, the atmosphere, and the views from outside.

After enjoying a relaxing family bath in a beautiful setting, I had a cupping massage. The therapist explained everything about this deep tissue massage and answered all my questions. She was very gentle and professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed this powerful yet deeply relaxing massage.
Thank you to her; I didn't catch her name. I would gladly do it again.

Exceptional place.
Very pleasant, especially the adult baths. Unfortunately, the outdoor baths were overcrowded; we didn't get to enjoy them much because they were too noisy.

First experience of this kind. It wasn't bad at all. It's a shame it was so crowded; it was impossible to find an available jet, and people who come in groups talk very loudly. Otherwise, the outdoor baths were incredible once you found a quiet spot facing the mountain.
