It's a great place to relax, both in summer and winter. When it's not too crowded, it's super pleasant.

It's always a moment of great relaxation in a magnificent setting 😍. A must-do! The only downside: time seems to fly by, you're having such a great time.

It's always a real pleasure to come and relax at Balnéa. The low attendance on a Monday afternoon made us very happy.

Absolutely fantastic! We opted for the €45 package and it was absolutely worth it! Two hours of pool access and an incredible meal, both in terms of quantity and quality! The staff were very welcoming and friendly! I 100% recommend this experience.

Balnea, what a delight! I've been going there since I was a child, and the changes are wonderful. A wide range of services are offered, with many different types of pools, which makes the experience smoother and more diverse. Many aspects have been improved, including accessibility, which used to be difficult but has been redesigned: self-service checkouts, access wristbands, coin-free changing rooms, and mixed-gender facilities. Some changes have remained, which I think is a good thing, especially the separate area for children under 12, which adds a touch of calm to the place. Other changes are more debatable. No more towels are provided at the entrance, and no more small shower products (ginseng-scented, I believe?) are given out there. I understand the "eco-friendly" aspect, but it means losing the premium feel of the previous experience. And with prices increasing gradually (although there are many preferential rates depending on the profile), the focus is clearly on the premium experience, especially with the 2-hour time limit including the change. Most of the facilities are well-maintained, and a few areas that have been there since the beginning could really use some updating or a refresh, particularly the Roman lagoon. Why not further enhance the landscaping? But everything works, the overall experience remains pleasant and cohesive, and it offers a truly relaxing experience (especially when it's empty)!

Beautiful setting, excellent place to relax with baths at different temperatures and with different themes. The glass-enclosed saunas with breathtaking views and the cryotherapy area are also very nice. Definitely worth trying!

I loved the food and the 2-hour spa treatment was great for 45 euros.

Magnificent spa facing the mountains. Very affordable restaurant (reservations recommended) with simple and good cuisine.

Nothing beats a Japanese bath in the snow 😁
