Barbajuan, bo-bun, tomato and spice tart, Japanese pearls… we go back and forth from Nice to Hanoi, even passing by South American ceviche. And finally, the drink - a real slap in the mouth! Far from the beaten and conventional paths, Renaud, a sommelier always in search of affordable little gems, will awaken you to new flavors, with passion and relaxation. Only happiness. One piece of advice: go there, let yourself be surprised and try to come back from it.
