Dear Manager, I wanted to write you these few lines to tell you how touched I was by our meeting at the Bridge Club and by everything I experienced afterward at your establishment in Ganges. From our very first conversation over cocktails at my restaurant, I was struck by your kindness and warmth. When I discovered that you owned a restaurant and hotel in Ganges, which I hadn't yet visited, I felt compelled to come and see you… and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the pleasure of dining with you, spending the night, and then having lunch the following day, and everything was absolutely remarkable. Your oriental cuisine is exceptional, generous, refined, full of flavor and soul. The welcome from Myriam, your older brother, and the entire team was simply wonderful: sincere, attentive, and profoundly human. One senses in you a true passion for your craft, a rare sense of hospitality, and a natural elegance in the way you entertain. These moments spent at your place did me a world of good and will remain a very fond memory. I really wanted to thank you for everything and tell you how much I appreciated this meeting and this interlude at your place. I look forward to seeing you again very soon, whether at the Bridge or at your place in Ganges. A truly excellent restaurant! A culinary escape: delicious tagine and couscous. The restaurant's ambiance is very pleasant, as is the service. They even offered a complimentary mint tea. I highly recommend this restaurant; it deserves to be better known!

On January 2nd, 2026, I was verbally assaulted in front of your bar by a group of people who were presumably in a state of disarray (but what you can say to all these disarray, these little nobodies, is that the karma of people who harm their neighbors, year after year, will find them wherever they go. So go get drunk, with all the disrespect I owe you! As for the bar/brasserie, I'm not going to "brass" you, but I wish you a happy new year, when I love you!).

We just celebrated Bernard's 80th birthday with our family and were treated like royalty with a delicious couscous and excellent white and red wines from St. Chinian. Many thanks to all the staff, from the cooks to Myriam, who provided service with a smile, competence, and professionalism. Thank you so much, we highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
