Bar Brasserie De La Source sur Tourrettes-Sur-Loup

18/08/2026: Truly one of the best meals of our lives was here, easily Top 5. I was told they had a Michelin star just a few years back, and I easily believe it. It's hard to even describe the dishes, as they just kept outdoing themselves. We were fortunate enough to get one of the two tables outside the entrance, so our meal was enhanced by the village views. To top it off, they open for wine and cocktails much earlier than the restaurant opens, and once again: easily Top 5 for Old Fashions, something I never expected in France. The owner hand makes parts of it, and when you have a chef of his caliber putting his heart and soul into that...insane smooth and delicious. The owner, and people who worked there, are amazing company, extremely knowledgeable about the village and surrounding area. I've traveled extensively and lived in food cities, and I will tell you that this is World Class food.
