Bar Brasserie du Chateau sur Blois

Home-style cooking, well prepared. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 4 because I think the price should be a few euros lower considering the simplicity of the dishes. The service was decent and friendly, but there was no salt, pepper, or sauce, and the information about the side dishes was lacking. The staff wasn't particularly attentive, etc.

Delicious, homemade, and seasonal cuisine; the chef adapts dishes to any vegetarian request. The atmosphere is friendly, the setting pleasant, and very clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent lunch, classic bistro fare, well made

The restaurant, the menus, the kitchen and wait staff... Not to mention the restrooms. Everything was perfect, top-notch, don't change a thing ;-))
