Disappointed by this place. There's very little homemade food, for example, the fries... The hamburger was very sparsely filled, the thin ground beef patty was overcooked and very dry because it was precooked, and the egg mayonnaise was overcooked... Even the Caesar salad was mediocre and surprising because it contained grated Gruyère cheese (dried out, of course 😢). I didn't see a single dish that looked like the photos on the MAPS page. The quality/price ratio is completely unacceptable.

18/05/2026: An address not to be missed. The restaurant alone is worth the trip: the dishes are magnificent, exquisitely prepared, both refined and generous in their perfect balance. The portions are ideal, the ingredients remarkably fresh, with a genuine focus on supporting small producers. Each dish is crafted with great taste and precision. All this at particularly attractive prices considering the quality offered, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and perfectly quiet, ideal for fully enjoying your stay in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.
