Your beers are excellent but I recently discovered a brewery in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard which could inspire you to create an adjacent bar. Moselle must be more competitive against Alsace. Here is their link for ideas. https://www.brasserie-vignoble.fr/

Endroit et accueil parfaits … Très bonne petite adresse Nous avons mangé, onglet, tartare et rognons rien à redire tout était parfait Vivement l’été pour découvrir la terrasse

Vu de l'extérieur on n'imagine pas trouver un restaurant d'une telle qualité. Un accueil chaleureux, le service impeccable et une excellente cuisine de produits frais, voilà ce qu'on découvre une fois à l'intérieur !

29/08/2023: In the company of my 2 little girls, the welcome was warm and the service fast with great attention to the children. I appreciated the “retro” atmosphere at the back of the establishment with its U-shaped “boxes” with original seats. Worth the detour
