Unexpected business discovery Top-notch, very friendly service I highly recommend the excellent food

A place I already knew, and I'm happy to see that nothing has changed... The staff is still amazing, the food is still excellent... I forgot to specify the day when booking 🤣 but they managed to find us a table... The service was a little slow, but honestly, when you're enjoying a meal at a restaurant, you don't have to worry about trains 😂... and it's really worth the wait while the kitchen prepares delicious dishes. Thank you so much again!

Very hearty, ideal for a hearty meal, and for discovering tasty local products, and to top it off, a view of the snow-covered Aubrac and Laguiole mountains.
