In a small village in the Massif Central, a very pleasant restaurant. It's frequented by regulars. The welcome is simple and warm. The dishes offer unexpected flavors: a salad with chorizo ​​cookies, chicken chop suey with vegetables and crunchy black mushrooms, a praline tart, and a homemade chocolate mousse that's just the right amount of sweetness, just the way I like it. I can't forget the portraits painted from photographs by Rémy (the tobacconist): a real talent. And the chat with the cook. A very good time in every way.
