Bar creperie du Centre sur Josselin

I arrived alone around 12:30 PM. It was already quite busy, and I thought I'd have to wait a while to be served. However, a young waiter came to seat me, took my order very quickly, the drinks arrived promptly, and my main course arrived quickly too. The service was impeccable; the young waiter was very polite, as were the other waitresses. I ordered a simple savory buckwheat crepe with homemade fries, and it was excellent. A special mention to the owner who refilled my water bottle with fresh water for free and gave me some small caramel candies—very kind! A very good experience; it won't be the last time...

A very good experience, between the excellent quality of the meal, a more than satisfactory quantity and very good service from the waiters (special mention to the young blond man, very attentive and whose joie de vivre brightens your experience)

The blond waiter (Ivan) was very pleasant, very kind, and very muscular.

The crêpes are very good, no question about it! I thoroughly enjoyed them 😊 However, the savory buckwheat crêpes are a different story. The tomato sauce seems to have come straight from a can, and the cheese looks like Gruyère from the same supermarket: when cooked, it ends up very elastic and oily... in addition to all the grease from the crêpe itself, which had been soaked in butter 😅 Unfortunately, these savory crêpes are among the worst I've ever had in a crêperie... It pains me to be so harsh when the service was fantastic and the staff were so lovely to us!

They served us, which was the important thing! And with a smile on their faces!!! It's so appreciated when you're with a hungry 2-year-old, all the restaurants were full and booked, and it was so hot... They seated us quickly, attentively, and kindly, and the food was good, not gourmet but average quality and the expected price. They took a little while to serve the food, but I couldn't ask for more; it was peak time, very crowded, and a small restaurant.

The food was very good, but unfortunately the wait was too long to be served (1 hour and 15 minutes for the main courses). The prices are still high for a crêperie, and the staff is very welcoming.

We discovered this crêperie during a weekend in the area. We had a superb meal, generous portions, and high-quality ingredients. A big thank you to the owner and his team. We will gladly return.
