A pleasant moment and a wonderful interlude during our vacation in Brittany. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the owners are more than welcoming! Friendly musical ambiance and a generous charcuterie/cheese platter. Definitely a visit to mark in your calendars for your next visits to this wonderful region of Brittany. PS: A little humorous nod to our native Alsace! 😉

21/03/2026: The majestic Trieux Valley, meandering at the foot of the castle, offers a magnificent and unique spectacle from its promontory. Perched high above the valley, it is impressive and a testament to its past power. Richly decorated, it has undergone numerous alterations and reconstructions, yet it remains remarkable and proud. Strolling through its meticulously maintained park is a feast for the eyes. Harmony reigns there.
23/02/2026: Large parking area, free access to the park, reopening of the castle on May 8th, beautiful view of the Trieux river
