Bar de la Criée sur Port-En-Bessin-Huppain

Busy at lunchtime, even on a Monday in winter. The food is good, the service friendly and quick. At €17 for the starter and main course and €4 for 25cl of wine, the value is reasonable and explains its success. A minor drawback: the fries aren't the best... but the starter buffet and the andouillette sausage (not greasy) are quite good.

We come every year to the scallop festival in Port. And we always come to enjoy the seafood sauerkraut at the fish market bar in Port. It's delicious in a friendly atmosphere with such pleasant, ordinary people. We've loved it for 10 years now. A warm and friendly brasserie. Smiling, quick, and polite servers. Ideal for a coffee break. The only downside is the price of the meals, a bit expensive, but oh well. That's understandable given its location next to a port! Thank you for the warm welcome! :)

Limited menu, but 100% homemade food. We had a blast. We just arrived a little late to enjoy the daily special, but it's definitely homemade 👍
