30/10/2025: We arrived in Najac late at night, without a hotel reservation and with little hope of finding anything available in such a rural area. As we passed the hotel, we saw its illuminated facade standing out against the dark and quiet street, and we decided to go in, hoping to find a place to stay. And what a great decision we made! From the very first moment, we were treated with exceptional kindness, and the staff were attentive to our needs at all times. That same evening, we had dinner at their restaurant—highly recommended!—with its carefully prepared and flavorful market cuisine. We slept wonderfully, and the next morning, we enjoyed a varied and hearty breakfast, perfect for starting the day with energy. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the warm welcome. An experience we'll definitely repeat!
