17/01/2026: A truly wonderful experience, living up to this establishment's reputation. The decor is chic and understated, spacious, and beautifully decorated right from the entrance. The clientele is well-behaved without being stuffy, allowing for a peaceful and discreet dining experience. The entire staff, generally very young, displays considerable experience and professionalism. The waiters and waitresses expertly present the dishes and whet our appetites. They are clearly knowledgeable. A special mention goes to the sommelier and his wine pairing choices. More than just flawless, we tasted truly unique and distinctive wines. Bravo for this perfect harmony of food and wine! Our five-course tasting menus were also impeccable and inventive. The Chef visited each table and received praise from all the guests.
