A tastefully decorated little restaurant with photographs of the town of Villedieu from around 1900. Very attentive service, which also accommodated our special requests (vegetarian). Very tasty menus at a good price-performance ratio; overall highly recommended, we will gladly return.

The food was very good, the owner was alone so there was a bit of a wait, but he was very friendly.

A small, family-run restaurant where everything is homemade (right down to the ice cream) and truly excellent. The kind of place you wish you could find everywhere, with reasonable prices to boot. The chef's wife, who also serves, is super friendly, energetic, and very attentive. Well done and thank you!

On our way to Brittany, we stopped in Villedieu-les-Poêles for lunch. Although it was a bit late (2 pm), we received a very warm welcome from the owner and were comfortably seated in the terrace, which was full. The food was excellent; as a big fan of tartare, this one was truly delicious, not to mention the homemade fries! We also took the opportunity to visit the town center and, right next to the restaurant, there was a lovely copper shop...where we did some shopping! I highly recommend this restaurant.
