16/03/2024: We came as a couple in mid-March and stayed in a suite. The welcome from the hostesses of this hotel is warm and smiling. The staff is always available. The room is comfortable and soundproofed. The restaurant's homemade dishes are delicious (very satisfactory value for money). The Breakfast buffet is complete with savory and sweet options. Access to the sauna, hammam and swimming pool in the morning and evening until 8 p.m. We recommend despite a need for refreshment in terms of decoration.

15/03/2024: Visiting for a night, we appreciated the location, the welcome and the possibility of dining at the Atelier restaurant located in the hotel lobby. The room is correct with separate WC, it would be nice for the bathroom to add a magnifying mirror and additional lighting for makeup or shaving

04/04/2024: If you are looking for a nice restaurant with a wide variety of dishes, a warm welcome and home-cooked food, then I highly recommend the Atelier restaurant. This place is really great in the heart of a charming little village Villedieu-Les-Poêles, with craft shops, and which can easily be visited on foot. What makes this restaurant truly special is the quality of their home-cooked food. Each dish is prepared with care and this is felt in every bite and the portions are quite generous. The ingredients are chosen carefully, with local producers as explained on their menus, where all the producers are listed. The service is also excellent. The servers are attentive and friendly, always ready to advise you if you have questions about the menu, or to adapt the dishes according to our intolerances. They make sure you have a great time from the start of your meal to the end, and it's really nice. The prices are quite reasonable; my companion and I chose the main course + dessert formula, with aperitifs, a tapas board and coffee, for around €70 for two. As a starter we shared a tapas board, the “Between land and sea” board with fried fritters, shrimp and 2 sauces of your choice: spicy tomato sauce and a gribiche sauce. A great board that can be enjoyed both in winter and in summer on the terrace with a small cocktail. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the terrace because it was raining, but I think that as soon as there is a ray of sunshine people should quickly settle down there, because it is spacious and well laid out. For the main course I opted for the cod fillet accompanied by mushrooms and cabbage, their Crécy sauce is a real delight! I recommend it to you. And my companion chose the Camembert burger (typical of the region) and he loved it. And for dessert, being a big fan of chocolate that I am, I obviously chose the delight with three chocolate flavors, and I really wasn't disappointed! An explosion of flavors, next time I will have this same dessert again without hesitation. The restaurant is divided into several parts with spaced tables, where we can have our privacy even if the restaurant is full. At the entrance there is a "lounge" area with comfortable armchairs to sit down for an aperitif. Because when it's good it must also be emphasized, we had a delicious lunch, and will be delighted to stop there again during our next stay in the direction of Brittany. 03/04/2024: Very good restaurant. We had a quiet lunch there one weekday. The service is friendly, the Camembert burger is excellent. Parking and town center nearby. 1 inexpensive for a lunch €88 1 starter 3 courses 3 drinks 2 coffees

04/04/2024: I appreciated this little moment of break before hitting the road again for work in this establishment. The staff is kind, helpful and responsive. The time is more than reasonable and the dishes are very good. The tour has a really affordable price. Barely more than €10 for a salad as a starter, a crepe as a main course and a coffee. I highly recommend.

16/02/2024: Where was the starter buffet?! A plate of charcuterie with 2 rosettes and HALF a pickle….. seriously?! Cold fries, meat 45% rind. I understand “we don’t have many people” better than 2 place settings. Too bad because we ate well there at one time.
