Pleasant service, excellent location with a beautiful terrace and a cozy pub-style interior. In September, it's lucky you're here, between the Marine which doesn't receive outside customers and cafes that are closed or refuse a coffee at 11:30 because it's going to be lunchtime... thank you

The Bar du Port de Carteret is without a doubt the best place to have a good time. The atmosphere is friendly, the view of the harbor is magnificent, and you immediately feel at home. The staff is welcoming, cheerful, and always attentive to their customers. You can feel a real passion in their work. They know how to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. But beyond the setting, what makes all the difference is the team. And I would particularly like to highlight the server Lény. During an incident where I was injured, he showed exemplary composure. With responsiveness and calmness, he was able to intervene immediately. He made the right decisions without wasting a second. Thanks to him, the situation was effectively brought under control. I can say without exaggeration that Lény saved my life. His kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness deserve to be highlighted. It's rare to encounter such a competent and attentive server. This gesture will remain etched in my memory and further strengthens my trust in this place. It's reassuring to know that at the Bar du Port, you're not just a customer, but a person being cared for. This episode demonstrates how exceptional the staff is. You come here to enjoy a good time, but you also leave touched by their humanity. The Bar du Port in Carteret is truly a unique place. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

We stopped by for a drink with our children. The two young people are super nice. The atmosphere and music are pleasant! We recommend it!!

Order whatever you fancy here; everything is good, except for the coffee, which is unfortunately really bad. Even the Irish coffee isn't recommended. The location is beautiful, right on the harbor.
