Bar la Fregate sur Evian-Les-Bains

I wasn't expecting to eat a pizza of this caliber here at all. For a restaurant that doesn't call itself a pizzeria, it's definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. The dough was perfect and the toppings were very well balanced. You can tell there's a lot of passion and expertise behind it. If you love good pizza, it's definitely worth a visit.

Honestly, one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The dough is exceptional: light, perfectly risen, crispy on the bottom and soft on the edges—exactly as it should be. You can clearly tell that someone behind this pizza knows their craft and puts care into every single one. This level of quality is quite rare, and it really makes a difference.

The pizzas are excellent and the waitress is super friendly. The desserts, ice cream, and raspberry tiramisu also deserve a thumbs up. The restaurant is very pretty inside! Thank you so much!

For lunch, I opted for a beef steak (the menu didn't mention it was minced). I was a little disappointed to receive a minced steak... The quality of the meat was excellent and the service was excellent. This was my first average experience, but I think it's worth repeating because the food is fresh and plentiful, and the service is very pleasant.

Great experience at La Frégate. The service is quick and efficient. New owner, new team, and you can feel the difference! I'm very happy. A great place to remember from now on in Evian and the surrounding area 😉
