For lunch, I opted for a beef steak (the menu didn't mention it was minced). I was a little disappointed to receive a minced steak... The quality of the meat was excellent and the service was excellent. This was my first average experience, but I think it's worth repeating because the food is fresh and plentiful, and the service is very pleasant.

Great experience at La Frégate. The service is quick and efficient. New owner, new team, and you can feel the difference! I'm very happy. A great place to remember from now on in Evian and the surrounding area 😉

Frozen burger...served with cool spots, clearly undercooked! Fries undercooked. In short, even if the setting is very beautiful, the food is average.

Lunch on the upstairs terrace. The waitress was pleasant and efficient. The sandwiches and club sandwiches were very good. The view was lovely. Perhaps the table cleaning could be improved. I would gladly return.
