Bar la Fregate sur Evian-Les-Bains

A truly excellent restaurant! Everything was delicious from start to finish. The perch fillet with tartar sauce was perfectly cooked, the tuna tataki melted in your mouth and bursting with flavor, and the poached egg with mushrooms was a real treat. The dishes are beautifully presented, the ingredients seem fresh, and the service is pleasant. You can tell the food is prepared with care. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. Highly recommended!

A dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake with good food and a glass of wine, which never hurts. The tartare was excellent. Recommended! Good value for money for this location in Evian. Friendly and helpful staff :)
