Bar La Tamise sur Paris

Everything was perfect from the start. They upgraded our room and welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect, the interior is really nice and the rooms are a really good size for the Paris central part. We felt at home there. Can’t wait to be back.

The place is very well located, in front of the Jardin des Tuleries, and 2 metro stations one block away. It is also very close to the Museum area, and the Seine River. There are also several restaurants and luxury stores for shopping a few blocks away. It is a Boutique Hotel, small but very beautiful, and the best of all is the personalized and friendly attention. They offered us a room change for a larger one to be more comfortable, they gave us welcome champagne and they took care of our suitcases for 5 days because we went on a trip to another city. They were always very attentive and in short, it is a pleasant hotel which I recommend.

We had never been to France before and we were a bit anxious when we touched down and then later walked out of the metro on to Rue de Rivoli. But, the instant we sat down and registered with the La Tamise staff all of that evaporated. La Tamise brings a sweet charm to the travel experience of Paris. I'll never forget the two (!) Juliet balconies on our room and the lovely view (and light breezes!) of Paris architecture and Jardin Tuileries they brought us. I felt like a native Francois every time I grasped their railings. La Tamise's best attribute, among many, is the warmth and genuine care provided by each and every member of its staff. Exceptional boutique hotel.
