Friendly welcome Nice atmosphere

Great pub. I only nipped in for a quick pint when passing, but the barman was immediately welcoming and friendly. Really busy at the outside seated area.

The owner was pleasant, down-to-earth, and easygoing—just the way we like it. He told me his name, but I've forgotten it, as is so common in places like my beautiful old France, which are disappearing and fading away. The pint was ice-cold. Impressive decor, the pungent smell of stale tobacco—it feels like we're back in the Giscard d'Estaing era. I recommend it. Bastien and Lola
