It's good, but not enough choice for an all-you-can-eat restaurant :)

Best sushi in Toulouse, in my opinion. Whether you eat in or get it delivered, the sushi is delicious, the rice is perfectly seasoned, the fish is fresh and well-cut, even the wasabi is particularly good! The prices are also reasonable. The staff is welcoming and friendly. In short, I highly recommend it if you want a delicious meal and good value for money. :)

Very good, even after four years without going. Quick service. I had a very good tonkatsu. My daughter ordered the all-you-can-eat sushi and thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome was a little cold, but that was probably due to the language barrier. Intimate atmosphere.

Katana

27/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of refined Japanese cuisine.
22/02/2026: We came on a Saturday evening and found excellent food, a smiling and pleasant couple. We had a lovely time; thank you to them for their hospitality.
