A very warm welcome despite the crowd that evening, from both the waitresses and the entire staff.
We enjoyed delicious, typical Catalan dishes, very well prepared, and the portions were very generous.
My only regret... I ordered the wrong dessert; my husband's was even better than mine.

A very pleasant surprise. The service was excellent despite the busy atmosphere, the food was of high quality, with pizzas worthy of the best Italian restaurants and refined dishes at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Visiting the Ceret night market during the evening, we had dinner at Pablo restaurant! No regrets whatsoever; the waitress was friendly and the dishes were perfectly cooked (tuna steak and Iberian pork shoulder). And the desserts were amazing (lemon tiramisu and a Girona specialty (chuchu!)). A place to remember, keep, and share!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening stop at Pablo. A wonderful discovery! The welcome was warm, the service very efficient, and the dishes were excellent and beautifully presented… what more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back.

Just 50 meters from the breached wall that leads to the old town and only slightly further from the Ceret Museum, Pablo resto bar is a great place for lunch. Both the tuna steak and the Iberian pork shoulder are cooked to perfection. It's simple and delicious. A large glass of sangria is all the easier to drink in the warm weather. The terrace is shaded and located on a relatively quiet street. The service is quick and friendly. In short, it's excellent.
