Very nice place for a meal, even on a busy evening like we had! Came in without a reservation, but luckily they still were able to seat us. Service was very good and our food arrived quickly at our table. We all enjoyed our main courses and the desert. Lovely and lively place for dinner. Good value for money, well recommend!

Great restaurant for a delicious meal in a very pleasant setting. A lovely menu offering well-prepared dishes in generous portions, including options for sharing. I've tried this restaurant several times, mainly the appetizers and main courses. I highly recommend the tuna duo as an appetizer, which is incredibly fresh and flavorful, as well as the rich and satisfying risotto. The other dishes are also very good and well-presented. The prices are a bit steep, but it's more palatable thanks to the quality of the food and the ambiance. Note: Saturdays (market day in Céret) are very popular, and you'll either have to wait to get a table at lunchtime, or it's best to make a reservation. Outside of the summer season, you'll have less of a problem. In short, I highly recommend this lovely spot for a pleasant lunch under the plane trees on the terrace!

Perfect. It's good, not too expensive, and all the staff are lovely. The place, with its large shaded terrace, is cool.

Dining on a summer evening on the terrace of Le France, under the ancient plane trees in the center of Céret, is a true pleasure. The welcome is warm, the traditional cuisine is carefully prepared, and the prices are reasonable. I returned for the Cherry Festival, where there was a special festival menu, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This establishment has been a Ceret institution for decades, but the current team is exceptional! Even though the terrace was packed this evening, the service was incredibly fast, efficient, professional, and very friendly! No waiting at all—truly remarkable! The food is absolutely excellent! The tuna trilogy is a must-try, the Caesar salad, the caramel fondant... not to mention the burgers for those with a big appetite... everything is generous, delicious, and perfectly priced. Don't hesitate to leave a tip; they don't even take it if you don't have cash. Bravo to the team! You were perfect once again!

A superb discovery, I highly recommend it. A huge terrace shaded by plane trees, everything was perfect from the beginning of the meal to the end.
