Exactly the kind of terrace perfect for celebrating the arrival of warmer weather. The staff and owner are very cheerful and friendly, and the place is lovely. Can't wait to go back! I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy summer in Aigües-Mortes.

The waiter was blind. We waited for him, we waved, but he couldn't see us. No credit cards, but no 50-euro bills either. So what, do we need exact change?? The coffee was still good though.

They don't take credit cards... I find that unacceptable, but on top of that, we had to repeat our order three times to the waiter: a glass of syrup and a half-pint of beer... We thought it was a hidden camera prank.

We regularly have a coffee there in the late morning. The other evening, at the end of a rainy day (yes, it happens even in Aigues-Mortes!), we took refuge there to share a moment with a friend. Great retro music, soft lighting, and a very warm welcome. Ah, what a lovely time... No, Place St. Louis isn't all tourist traps!

12/06/2026: We had drinks and were served by a petite blonde lady with tattoos. Really lovely. A shopkeeper with a smile... No complaints, we'll be back for the village festival in large numbers... Too bad, otherwise I would have given it 10 stars... 👍✋️ Yoann..
